HISTORY
The Innovative People was established 2006 by Winstone Jordaan (BScH) and Johan Viljoen (Hons. BCompt). Together Winstone and Johan, recognized the need for a company that would develop software and recoup revenues as annuity incomes or rentals. This been the case, new business processes needed to be developed and this lead to a more general application of these process to business. As the company developed, it became clear that the strength lay in the processes ability to incubate businesses in general and as such drove the focus of the company. The company pays a share of this income to each of the people (workers, experts, marketers, etc.) that have contributed to the building of the intellectual capital. With Winstone’s extensive experience in IT solutions and Johan’s in-depth understanding of business processes and costing models, the perfect alliance was created to successfully compete in this market.

VISION
To provide a framework on which various new and existing business concepts and projects can be managed and evolved, for sale to the general market with a focus on low barriers to entry and little or no initial investment needed. And to offer each person contributing to the project a means of securing annuity incomes and potentially shareholding in the products they develop.
